i ordered a birthday cake like a week in advance and the guy helping me was soo kind. he walked me through everything and was very patient with me even when another customer came in. the cake i got was the green tea cloud cake i think and total was around $52. it comes with up to 10 candles, knife, matches, and writing (if u order 3 or more days in advance i think). when i went to pick up, an employee immediately came over to help me and get my cake. i really enjoyed their service and this will be my go to cake spot from now on!the cake itself is so delicious. its not too sweet and definitely not strong of green tea flavor. my family doesnt like green tea (but i do) so this was great! inside there is also strawberries and i loveee strawberries. the fruits are fresh and clean which shows just how much they care about quality and freshness. i discovered this place after my workplace was given a tous les jours cake from a customer and it was the berry cloud one. it was so good so i had to get this one for my bday!green tea cake

Called the Garden Grove location of Tous Les Jours, as we have always been a fan of their Cloud Cake. The staff were super friendly, and informative as to what was available and when I could pick up our cake. On the day we picked up, the manager and the cashier were super friendly and helpful. On top of that, the cake and pastries were fresh and delicious. I recommend this location!

I love this place! So much better than 85 and Paris Baguette!---------I came here Wednesday afternoon and wanted to ONLY get some ube cream bread but they ran out. When walking in everything looked so delicious and couldn't resist myself and got a few pastries for my family and I. The nice gentleman that helped me out was so friendly and told me what they are famous for - the sweet potato pastry. So I listened to him and got one. While walking out the door he ran out and gave me a free bread to try - SUPER NICE OF HIM!!I took the bread home and oh my gosh, my family kept asking where I got it. They DEVOURED it all and kept complimenting on the sweet potato pastry. They loved it so much they wanted me to go back and get it!I came back the following day but bummer only one left, but he saved it for me. Got a few more stuff to try out and like before, everything is so so good.PLEASE TRY THIS PLACE OUT. Amazing customer service and fluffy soft bread!

My wife tells me there's an even better Korean bakery called 85 Degrees somewhere in Anaheim, California. She says all the baked goods need to be served at 85 degrees, hence the name. She claims that it is better than Tous Les Jour Korean Bakery in Garden Grove, California. If that's the case, then keep me away because I'll end up eating myself sick.For me, Tous Les Jour is the best bakery I've ever been to in the United States. Their cakes, pastries, rolls, cookies, and especially, their bread is the absolute best. Not too sweet, limited sugar, and always extraordinarily light and airy is the best way to explain their baking method. Korean-style bakery caters to Korean people with very discerning tastes with regards to baked items. When I first traveled to Korea, I wasn't impressed with the less sugar used in their cakes and pastries. But now, it's the only bakery that I genuinely enjoy.When you're in Orange County, California, drop by this bakery and taste the multitudes of products they have to offer. You won't be disappointed. Great quality cake for special occasion. I got cake from Tous Les Jous for almost my birthday and they were all amazing. So far, the best one to me is Green tea cloud cake. The sponge is moist and soft with slightly sweetened matcha flavor. I like how they used the green sponge cake to decorate on the top instead of matcha powder because matcha powder cannot stay long on the top without turning darker. Everything tasted fresh and amazing, especially the cream: light but still flavorful. I bought the cake from the store and put on some cookie toppers as extra decoration. Gladly, it turned out perfectly as a little garden that tasted so good.The service is good, but it could have been better if the staff had asked me if I wanted to place the Happy Birthday sign on the cake before actually putting it on. Overall, great cakes with a reasonable price.
